We don't charge any start-up or set-up costs. Depending on whether your property is already ready to go or if this is your first time hosting, your property may still need a few key items to allows us to get up and running (e.g. linen, towels, key lockbox).

We offer a full-service management package (includes cleaning, linen, turnover etc.) as well as a digital services only package (listing and booking management).
